MachineGames is looking for a highly competent Substitute Office Manager to join our team for the period of 20th April 2015 - 31st August 2016.
Responsibilities
-Office Management incl. invoice tracking, expense tracking etc.
-Event Management
-High quality employee services
-Work environment, equality and safety committee
-Collaboration with the board of directors, HR and several external partners
-General administration as required
Requirements
-A large measure of social skills and sense of service
-Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
-A minimum or two years of experience in a related field
-Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English is a must
-Excellent knowledge of Office package and Outlook
-High sense of responsibility and professionalism within administration
-Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
-Maintain a strict code of confidentiality and discretion
Desired skills and pluses
-Previous experience of office manager profession
-Passion for games
