About the position
Perido is looking for an Office Manager to our client, Kivra. Kivra believes that digital postal services make life easier for both the sender and the recipient, while at the same time contributing to a more sustainable world. This position is placed at Kivra’s office in the city center of Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
We’re looking for someone who wants to take responsibility to create a great environment for both colleagues and clients. As Office Manager, you will ensure that the office operations run smoothly. You will have a broad variety of work tasks, like welcoming visitors, being responsible for the office environment, ordering lunch and preparing coffee for external meetings.
You will be in charge of the contact with the facility management and suppliers for whatever services or office supplies needed. Furthermore you will assist in onboarding of new colleagues, in terms of ordering working equipment and handling phone subscriptions. Since you’ll manage various purchases, we believe that you have basic knowledge in purchase and economy.
You will also support the management with some bookings and other tasks as well as support the teams in arranging kick-offs and activities. The working hours are regular office hours and you will report directly to the Head of Customer Service.
Your qualifications
We think that you have a couple of years’ experience in a similar role, as an Office Manager, front desk manager or equivalent. You understand the importance of customer service and that first impression is key. You’re ambitious and have high expectations on yourself and your coworkers. As a person you are service minded and enjoy helping others.

Great communication skills
Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written
Contract type and hours
Fulltime, consulting assignment indefinite duration. Start as soon as possible.
