We are looking for an Office Manager
Do you want to play an important role in making Mini Rodini a great place to work? Your goal will be to make sure the office premises breathes the Mini Rodini culture and values, whether it comes to decorating the office or to build a strong community between the employees. Are you ready to take on an exciting position with us?
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Office Manager will be the one who, with a smile on their face, greets and help our visitors as well as our employees at the office. You take care of our premises and make sure that they always are inspiring and represent the Mini Rodini culture. When needed you help coordinate and order lunches or fika to meetings and are happy to fix the best Summer- and or Christmas party. Apart from this you are also keen on setting routines and processes to make sure everything runs smooth in the office.
You will work with all departments and employees at Mini Rodini.
Your tasks will include but not be limited to:
• Be a culture ambassador at the company
• Introduce new employees to Mini Rodini on their first day
• Fix fika/breakfast to general kitchen meetings and/or other company events
• Order Office Supplies and Groceries
• Be the first point of contact to different Office Suppliers
• Responsible for the office recycling
• Be the fire safety representative together with HR
• Coordinate internal questions and run projects regarding the office
• Handle in- and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Be of assistance for bookings and different types of events
The position is a part time (60 % every day mon-fri) permanent position based at our Stockholm Office, and you will report to Head of HR. Start asap.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this position we believe that you have the following qualifications and experience:
• Experience from creating an office space in line with the brand and company culture
• Experience of similar positions preferably with a premium brand company
• Good knowledge in English and Swedish written and spoken
