Assignment Description:
We are looking for an Office Onsite support to be part of the End User Services, and a solution-oriented support group with a very high-resolution rate. You’ll work alongside several other support groups, Including Network, Config center and Service Desk.
What you'll do:
● Provide 2nd line technical support, with team that also staffs an IT Kiosk/Walk-in desk.
● Providing face to face 1st line troubleshooting and IT support, including Windows 7 and 10 operating systems, Mac support and full Office suite.
● Troubleshoot and hardware support on HP, Dell and Mac workstations, and provide onsite support for a list of our applications.
● Basic Network troubleshooting, Patching and Server maintenance, coordinate and secure the management object's daily production activities.
Who you are:
● Basic network skills including knowledge of DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP, and experience of Cisco switches is qualifying.
● Possess good knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals along witg different OS deployment solutions.
● Good knowledge of Mac Set up and OS, preferably running High Sierra, along with hands on experience on Incident Reporting / ITSM tools like Service Now.
● Previous experience as direct on-site support is required along with proficiency in verbal and communication skills of English language.
● Technical experience with basic GPO, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows Embedded, latest Mac IOS, both standard setup and with Windows capability, Windows Server systems, OpenVMS systems and ITIL processes.
● Follow up progress and create status reports, alignment & communication with different applications owner in INGKA (reporting on various levels to make sure that project status is transparent to the various boards and management groups).
● Be the single point of contact with INGKA IT to order applications publishing on Citrix or Internet.
● Secure User Accesses for all in scope applications, Integration from SAP systems towards Business Provider tools and systems.
● Act as point of contact with INGKA IT, IBM IT and business operation to secure a simple and clear connectivity.
● Make sure that all deliveries are documented and communicated for an easy delivery to BAU teams.
