What you’ll do

The Office Onsite Technician assists employees and visitors with technical guidance and support whenever there’s a need. An Office Onsite Technician for us is the person who sees everyone, enthusiastically welcoming all guests, answering all questions, and managing the expectations in the most positive way through knowledge of our IT products and services. 

As part of the Digital Workplace team, you are also expected to create an environment with a positive vibe thru various hospitality activities. The Office Onsite Technician creates and brings joy, smiles and makes sure the lobby area always has a vivid and human centric atmosphere. 

What you’ll bring 

We are looking for someone passionate who enjoys being the local technical go-to person taking ownership of tasks that are important both for employees, guests and our whole organization.

We believe that you have documented education in tech/IT and at least a few years of experience within the area from a similar industry. You have documented experience from service & hospitality, and you can understand and easily communicate technical details to people who are not as tech savvy as yourself. You pay attention to details. 

Although it’s important to have a minimum of experience to fit the profile, we hire for attitude and train for skills! In other words – personality, mindset and a strong sense for customer service are the things we value the most for this role. 

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish. Driver license is required.
