Job Description
The role
As an Office responsible you manage the office areas and the reception desk is your workspace.
You are the point of contact for all office related questions and a key person for the office and all that work here. As an office responsible you report to HR Manager and assists in various HR topics and processes.
Some of your tasks and responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:
Proactively drive and initiate improvements for the office and the overall working environment.
Responsible for buying of kitchen material, snacks, flower etc.
Book and coordinate arrangements, events, celebrations and meetings and sample sale.
Inform staff of office routines, safety routines and office opening hours.
Handle and process reception email.
Manage reception, answer the phone and doorbell. Greet and welcome visitors and make sure visitor gets in contact with the right person.
Support managers with: staff changes and equipment ordering in self-service portal, create GROW account, photo chart update and order access card.
GROW Super User (our internal learning platform)
Communicate and coordinate with Office support (Kontorsservice) and cleaning company.
Keep an overview over the office areas and make sure they look tidy and welcoming between cleanings.

Qualifications
We are looking for
A collaborative, proactive and self-driven person who is eager to learn. We believe that you are a service minded go-to person who creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You are eager to learn and develop both yourself and the role. If you have an interest in the HR field this could be a good start and introduction To thrive in this role you need to be communicative, structured and organized as well as being a problem solver that is self-motivated and sees possibilities.
We believe you have a proven working experience within service and administration.
Your profile
To be considered for this role you have:
Has the ability to overview, plan, organize and prioritize your work to achieve set goals
Easily communicate and cooperate with all types of personalities regardless of authority and situation. Communicates with warmth and are genuine
Drive & Initiative
Is target-driven, takes responsibility, drives forward and always achieves what you has set to do. Takes initiative to drive things forward and implement new plans and ideas = take actions and make it happen.
Problem solver that tackles problems in a methodical way and is motivated by finding relevant solutions.
Experience in Microsoft Office package (teams, SharePoint, excel).
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
