Oneflow is a rapidly growing tech startup located in the heart of Stockholm, Sweden. We have created a platform that automates the entire contract process from start to finish, all in one place. Turning clunky, static contracts into helpful, truly digital contracts that feel like magic.
We are now looking for an Office Vibe Manager to join our People team at Oneflow. If you are dedicated and like to work in a collaborative start-up environment where we make progress together, both when it comes to our product and our growth as individuals, this is the company for you! What are you going to do?
Be the point of contact and responsible for all external office-related vendors and purchases (landlord, cleaners, etc.)
Making sure we always have the supplies needed at the office
Responsible for our daily breakfasts
Arrange "onboarding kits" for new Oneflowers
Manage travels for employees (booking transport and accommodation)
Keep the office in order and create an excellent office experience for our employees and visitors
Plan and execute other fun team activities such as AWs, speed dating, karaoke, movie-night, etc
Organize company events.

Well articulated communicator with good written and verbal communication skills in English, Swedish is a plus

The recruitment process begins with an interview with our Head of People & Culture, Pauline. Then there is a personality and logic test. After that, there is a case study that you will prepare and go through together with Amanda, our Talent Manager, and then there will be a final meeting with the rest of the People team.
