Missile Systems is a profit and loss Business Unit within Business Area Dynamics. Missile Systems is responsible for product management, marketing and sales and programme management of advanced missile systems across a global customer base.
Business cases are often large and complex with long-term commitments covering development, delivery and support over many decades.
Your role
As Offset Manager you will be part of a professional business team with focus of delivering high value solutions to existing and new customers as well as partner programmes. The role sits within the Commercial Management organisation.
This function is responsible for handling offset requirements and industrial cooperation within one or several of our major customer contracts, according to governance processes and standards.
The role is primarily office based, however travel both nationally and internationally is required. Reasonable travel between Saab sites is also necessary.
Your profile

You are comfortable working under your own initiative as well as part of a business team. You take full responsibility for the quality and timeliness of your deliveries. You have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable and confident in communicating at all organisational levels.
You have very high integrity and stand up for what you believe is right while adhering to Saabs rules and processes. You are flexible and enjoy working as part of a professional business team and cope well when working to challenging delivery timescales.
Required skills:

You have an engineering, business or economics university degree.

Experience from business development and negotiations is merited.
*
You have a minimum of 5 years work experience post-graduation in commercial management, strategic procurement, legal, finance or other relevant discipline. Experience of the defence industry is merited. Previous leadership experience is also merited.

You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
