Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for an Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to be part of our Field Service Operations (FSO) team in Managed Services.
The main responsibility is to provide a comprehensive OHS support for Managed Services organizations globally. You will coordinate responsibilities to meet business needs and ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety requirements and procedures. Further, you will support or drive Global OHS related programs and initiatives for the Managed Services deliveries.

In Network Managed Services we are leading network operations and field services for the future of networks. Through our entire business we handle networks that cover over 1 billion subscriptions, over 1 million nodes and with 95% SLA fulfillment.

Field Service Operations (FSO) runs in 78 countries with over 13 000 employees globally. FSO is the process group that defines the execution of on-site activities related to corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance or deployment in the customer’s ICT infrastructure. Our mission is to use predictive field service management capabilities which enables organization to deliver field services even before a fault arises. It encompasses not just scheduling, dispatching, work order management but also route optimization, intelligent scheduling, real time status update etc.

You will
Report to Head of Field Services and be part of a distributed team on a global scale. Some of the interfaces that you will encounter are:

Employees and managers on all levels in the Ericsson organization
Global peers across Ericsson OHS function
OHS Regional Managers, Business Units/Group Functions, People Function Heads or Business Partners.
Service Delivery Managers in Managed Services business area
Sourcing management
Field Service Operation Organizations


To be successful in the role we believe you have
Education: M.SC, MBA or equivalent through experience
Minimum 5 years of proved ability in OHS.
Demonstrated ability within Service Delivery
Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy
Solid track record of Occupational Health & Safety principles and requirements
Customer and market insight
Experience in motivating and leading team members virtually is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent skills in formulating strategies and concepts, adhering to principles and values, good in leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high pace environment
