What we are looking for
We are now looking for a new coworker to join our team as a Spot Buy Desk team in Oskarshamn. It is a temporary position for two years. You get to be a part of our digital transformation and contribute to shaping our future of operational purchasing.
We are a small team of operative and positive persons who enjoy working closely together as well as supporting each other with the daily tasks and issues. Our purpose is to provide procurement support to our business units in their daily operative purchasing activities and to continuously improve our processes and tools.

Your main responsibilities in the role as a Spot Buy Desk Purchaser will include but not be limited to:
• Ensure our internal customer’s satisfaction with Procurement processes, communication & information
• Create purchase orders from business requisitions, ensuring delivery from our suppliers.
• Setup and communication of new contracts & catalogues in our business systems
• Support and educate the business in how to use our procurement systems
• Maintenance of internal Procurement information channels (e.g. intranet)
• Handling supplier quotations and awarding of contracts via our business systems.
• Monitor our Robotic Process Automation set-ups and execute quality checks
• Support the business with supplier invoice issues together with Accounts Payable
• Ensure compliant and efficient documentation of all Spot Buy Procurement transactions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of process automation & standardization together with our Procurement colleagues in Germany

Uniper is part of Sweden's critical infrastructure, thus we will carry out security clearance before employment. Drug test is also performed.

Who we are seeking
To succeed in this role good communicative and collaborative skills are essential. You are service-minded and enjoy supporting your colleagues on how to perform purchases and work with our procurement systems. You are structured and meticulous with an eye for details. You take initiative, work proactively and are happy to help where needed.

You have previous experience from working in procurement and/or supply chain management and knowledge of working in business systems such as SAP. Understanding of SAP MM and/or SAP Ariba is considered a strong merit. You also have good MS Office skills.
You have a rapid work mode while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency. You look to minimize administrative time and effort.
You probably have a university education in Business Administration, Engineering or IT, or some other procurement-focused education.

Fluency in English and Swedish, written as well as spoken, is a requirement for this role. Knowledge of German is considered to be an advantage.
