Restaurant Manager

Duties: As a restaurant manager at O’Learys you are given the opportunity to be a part of the venues development, reach results and build a sustainable business. As a restaurant manager at O'Learys, you will have full responsibility for the service as well as staff responsibility in the form of recruitment, scheduling and planning, as well as staff training. Your position will be divided between focusing on operational work in the dining room in the evenings and administrative work that will be distributed in the afternoons.

Desired qualifications:

Good oral communication skills

Speak one of the Scandinavian languages or english

Ability to perform well under high pressure as well as during quieter periods

High stress tolerance and ability to work the entire shift on your feet

Ability to carry and lift heavy objects

Solution-oriented
