Duties

As a bartender you interact with our guests - or fans as we call them in O’Learys - on a daily basis.

You will tend our fans throughout their visit in our restaurant and aim to meet their expectations and give them a pleasant experience.

You will prepare the bar, serve food and drinks according to O’Learys guidelines and concept. Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follow ups to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean, sanitary environment for customers.



Skills/Qualifications

You have at least 1 year experience from the hospitality business, preferably from a bar and restaurant with á la carte service. You have excellent oral and written skills in english.

You are outgoing, communicative and service minded. You handle stress well and always deliver service with a smile.

You should always strive to meet the guest’s expectations by delivering in a manner indicated in the O’Learys guidelines and by doing that “little bit extra” whilst interacting with your guests.

You have a dynamic personality and a strong passion for the hospitality business.
