O'Learys Umeå is looking for service staff/waiters/waitresses!

O’Leary’s Linköping, the largest entertainment center in Linköping, is looking for service staff with a passion for the guest experience!

We are looking for:
Service minded people that has at least 1 year of work experience as a service staff/waiter/waitress in a restaurant/bar, and has experience of handling payments and cash systems. You have a highschool education and have good knowledge of English both in speaking and writing (merit if you can speak Swedish)

As a person you are happy, outgoing, like to meet new people and passionate about giving the absolute best customer experience to the guests. You are a problem solver, are flexible, are good at creating good relationships and like working as part of a team. We also see that you are good at managing stress and give a professional and pleasant treatment to all our guests, regardless of whether it is low season or if we have 600 seated guests.

Tasks:
Your ultimate role as a service staff/waiter/waitress at O'Learys is to ensure that our guests have a great experience when they visit us. This means constantly focusing on the guests, welcoming and paying attention to each guest, being helpful and responding to the guest's wishes in a professional way! You help the guests at the table, present the menu and take orders, serve food and drinks and give the guests good service throughout their visit with us.

As a service staff/waiter/waitress, you may also be assigned the following roles:

Head Waiter - This means that you are responsible to meet all guests, check bookings and help the guests on to the table / activity / other. You are alert, happy and welcome all guests in a nice and familiar way and refer them into the restaurant in a professional way based on the guest's purpose of their visit.

Greeter - This means that you have the responsibility to meet all guests at the door / front of the restaurant and welcome them. You are alert, happy and welcome all guests in a nice and familiar way and refer them into the restaurant based on the guest's purpose of their visit.

Activity responsibility - This means that you support / act as activity manager for the evening, receive guests at the game reception, show the guests their activities and start the activity, explain game rules, etc. You are alert, happy and welcome all guests in a nice and family way and refer them to the right activity.
