Job Description

Then the role Omni Inventory Optimization Manager at & Other Stories might be something for you!
As Omni Inventory Optimization Manager, you are the overall responsible for the supply chain and inventory optimization function at & Other Stories brand. You will drive initiatives, set clear strategies and KPIs and act on performance within areas of allocation, location supply optimization and garment flow forecasting.
You will drive omni strategy development together with global & local stakeholder functions to maximizing selling, profit and customer experience.
You will also develop and implement supply chain initiatives to optimize the function, drive opportunities for improvement towards Portfolio Brands and Business Tech, including collaboration with other portfolio brands.
Project leader towards Supply chain Management and the local market teams
Set allocation strategy and ways of working within allocation and inventory management together with planning market and local market stakeholders.
You set and manage season preparation activities as well as contribute to future expansion by setting garment flow forecasts for new markets in collaboration with logistics, controlling and expansion.
Set clear strategy and best practice for omni moves together with global and local merchandising teams.
You evaluate and advice on garment flow steering between warehouses and channels based on latest demand forecasts.
Support and guide all merchandising teams and Head of merchandising with technical analysis to enable best possible commercial decisions on detail and total in line with supply situations and actions.
Being the brands spokesperson for future and ongoing initiatives within the customer fulfillment domain.
Qualifications
You will join our Global Omni Merchandising team. We believe you have a strong drive to always deliver upon customers demand and that you have a passion for garment flow. You have a collaborative personality and good communication skills.
We also believe that you carry below skills:
Has minimum 3-5 years of experience from merchandising, business controller, area controlling, Demand & supply planning manager or experiences from similar roles preferably from fashion retail.
Previous experience within Logistics or any other analytical role is meriting
Deep understanding in allocation, inventory optimization, logistics operation and store operations
Deep understanding in e-com, retail, and cross channel flows
Broad understanding of buying, commercial planning stock management strategies and actions
Strong analytical skills where you use analysis to drive the right actions
Fluent in English both written and spoken
Advanced Excel skills and knowledgeable of Data visualization tools (incl. Power BI)
Programming skills are meriting
