You’ll be working at our Assortment office in Stockholm together with Designers, Pattern Makers, Buyers and Business Controllers, developing new collections for our store and online markets globally.

We’re looking for you who have a passion for fashion and an eye for global commercial trends. You are analytical and know what will sell – all over the world. You have a strong business sense, great communication skills and are customer focused.
You are solution oriented, always seeing the possibilities, improvements and simple solutions and you dare to make decisions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, working in a team and having a lot of responsibility. Driving sales is always our focus and that’s why you need to be good at planning, checking lead times and constantly searching for new sales opportunities!




Qualifications


• Experience from/currently working as Junior Product Developer or Junior Buyer
• Degree within textile and buying
• Experience from product development
• Passion for the H&M costumer
• Strong sense of fashion & trends
