To succeed in this role, we believe you might have a university degree in logistics, economics, business administration or 3 to 5 years of experience and proven performance and skills in the area(s) of logistics, commercial, supply chain and/or network design. You have knowledge and experience from interacting with various business partners, especially in matrix relationships. You have analytical, organizational and change management skills. You can successfully lead projects and assignments on the country/market/national level and your presentation skills are excellent. You possess good coaching or mentor skills, advisory and facilitation skills, conflict management skills and problem-solving experience.
You have knowledge and experience in some or all of the following areas:
• IKEA business model, the strategic landscape and IKEA ways of working
• IKEA Retail/store environment, fulfilment network design, flow and capacity planning, fulfilment operations, and service business leading to an excellent customer fulfilment
• excellent understanding of the customer and co-worker needs, demands and expectations on the markets
• Stakeholder management
• financial competence, knowledge of IT solution landscape associated with Customer Fulfilment operations, network design and orchestration is considered a plus
Your responsibilities:
The main purpose of this role is to work closely with the country organizations to support and ensure the creation and implementation of the Omnichannel Fulfilment network (OCN) plans across our countries – ensuring accessibility, affordability and sustainability. The OCN plans show how we intend to transform and design our fulfilment network to meet and live up to our customers' expectations - now and in the future. You will also contribute to the development of the organization, the ways of working within Group functions and between Group functions and country organizations. Doing so in different formats, such as projects and assignments, but always with a customer-centric and collaborative approach.
You will:
• be responsible to work together with the country organizations to create and maintain the Omnichannel fulfilment network (OCN) plan in line with our strategy and objectives
• be responsible to review and evaluate various OCN scenarios as part of the creation of the OCN plan to ensure the content that best delivers to our strategic objectives
• be responsible for keeping the total picture of OCN design together and organizing communication, reporting and anchoring of progress towards all relevant stakeholders
• contribute to the collaboration with Group Expansion and designated Inter IKEA organizations on matters of Network design and planning.
• engage and collaborate with Group Expansion on matters related to the Market Penetration Plan (MPP) and ensure integration and inclusion of OCN plans.
• engage and collaborate with Group Digital and other stakeholders to enhance and develop supporting tools and solutions related to OCN planning and design.
• be responsible that the INGKA investment request process is followed and assist the country organizations in securing the budget for new Fulfilment Network Investments
• contribute to defining the Fulfilment Development Roadmap in tune with the evolving market benchmarks and latest development in the industry connected to fulfilment network design.
• contribute with both knowledge and expertise towards operational and OCN development, related business- and process forums, sourcing activities as well as to all matrices, global and market initiatives and competence networks
• be responsible to provide support, guidance and sharing of best practices on matters related to OCN plans and network design (use of network design tools and solutions).
The role is located in Malmö, Hubhult and you will report to the Multichannel Network Manager.

CFF organizes and orchestrates the flow of goods and services to provide a great customer experience at all touchpoints for the many people. Fulfilment Development & Multichannel Network We take the lead and overall responsibility for designing, establishing, and developing the omnichannel fulfilment network. We support the markets in securing an excellent fulfilment network to reach more of the many, securing customer convenience at all times with our product and service offers. We drive the development and innovation agenda for Customer Fulfilment to develop and deploy new solutions and capabilities in our fulfilment network to ensure our continued success as an omnichannel retailer.
