• Very good knowledge about capacity management across all areas of the network.
• Excellent knowledge in network capacity and flow analytics.
• Excellent knowledge about our CFF planning and optimization IT solutions and applications.


YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
You will (be):
• Responsible to be subject matter expert for flow and capacity planning tools and to develop work instructions for how to use them across the countries. This involves to coach and support the countries in the use of the tools.
• Contribute by providing the country with analytical and administrative subject matter expertise to ensure each country has optimal OCN expansion and OCN flow and capacity plans (for goods and services), created in line with OCN Design planning and optimization ways of working.
• Contribute with analytical expertise to the creation, documentation and maintenance of the optimization framework and principles that will be used to secure the optimal use and orchestration of the omnichannel network in the running business.
• Contribute, in collaboration with other functions, to investigate and determine that the KPIs and goals, related to OCN performance, across other functions and matrixes fit the totality and prevent sub-optimization.
• Contribute with knowledge and expertise to conclusions and creation of decision-material originating from analyses and follow-up of OCN performance.
• Responsible to organize and agree with key stakeholders, within and outside of Customer fulfilment, how to measure and follow-up on total OCN performance and the KPIs that have been decided.
• Responsible to develop and agree with key stakeholders how to analyse and follow-up on the optimal use of the network in relation to the optimization framework and principles.
• Responsible to develop methodologies on how to perform analyses that will clarify the network capacities (units, service providers etc) across the countries together with key stakeholders, also clarifying and agreeing approach with involved stakeholders.
• Contribute to the digitalization and automation of our ways of working with OCN design, planning and optimization by identifying and proposing improvement opportunities
• Actively cooperate with key partners on Group and Country level while representing Customer Fulfilment and the function of Omnichannel Network and contribute with subject matter expertise to related business- and process forums.
• Responsible to enable and facilitate network sharing of best practices and collaboration.
• Proactively work with improvement of the customer experience, within area of influence, basing it on frequent review of customer centric KPIs and customer surveys.


This is a permanent role, based in Malmö or Amsterdam.
