To thrive in this role you are an excellent communicator, a critical thinker and strong with mathematical/analytical/statistical skills. You also bring bring proven experience from the following:
- Having worked with analyzing business and/or supply chain data to draw business-relevant insights and conclusions in a multinational company, preferably retail oriented.
- Having worked with sales and operations planning, demand/supply planning and forecasting on global level in a multinational company.
- Having a good understanding of how forecasting and planning processes impact operational processes and efficiencies.
- Having worked with the use and development of digital solutions and data visualization techniques and tools, preferably related to replenishment and fulfilment network design, planning and/or optimization.
Your responsibilities
As Omnichannel Network Planning and Performance Analyst you will be responsible to ensure the existence of a coherent framework that enables follow-up and analysis of Omnichannel Network (OCN) performance end-to-end, by working with key stakeholders. You will also facilitate the development of digital solutions required for OCN design, planning and optimization together with key stakeholders and development functions across Ingka.
To be concrete this means that you will:
- Play an important role in enabling decision-making process by contributing with your expertise, follow-up and analyses of OCN performance.
- Apply analytical expertise to the creation, documentation and maintenance of the optimization framework and principles that will be used to secure the optimal use and orchestration of the omnichannel network in the running business.
- Contribute, in collaboration with other functions, to investigate and determine that the goals and measurements, related to OCN performance, across other functions and matrixes fit the totality and prevent sub-optimization.
- Contribute to the digitalization and automation of our ways of working with OCN design, planning and optimization by identifying and proposing improvement opportunities, as well as facilitating implementation.
- Proactively work with improvement of the customer experience, within area of influence, basing it on frequent review of customer centric KPIs and customer surveys.

Customer Fulfilment (CFF) is a core function within Retail Operations and a fundamental part in making IKEA Omnichannel retailing a reality. This we do by developing and operating replenishment and fulfilment, end-to-end with a process-oriented organization, with radical collaboration to our colleagues within Commercial/Market Support, Digital, Expansion and Business Steering/ Navigation.
