Business unit IT Services within OMX is looking for a Senior Java Developer to the Information Systems Development team. Information Systems Development is responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting several systems that are used by OMX for information dissemination regarding listed companies, such as corporate actions and annual reports.In this position you will actively participate in improving those systems using state of the art technology.General responsibilities: - Design and development of Java-based applications Qualifications: - University degree or proven record of acquired knowledge - At least 5 years working experience - Excellent language skills in written and spoken English - Excellent Java development skills - Experience from the following technologies: MVC frameworks, O/R frameworks (e.g.Hibernate, JPA), EJB3, JSF, Databases, SQL, XML/XSLT, Tomcat, JBoss, Ajax, HTML, Javascript, security, Eclipse, Ant/Maven To suit this position you have excellent communication and team working skills.Furthermore you have a strong quality focus and are used to both independent work and team work.
