NULL OMX is a leading expert in the exchange industry.Through the Nordic Exchange in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki, Riga, Tallinn and Vilnius, OMX offers access to approximately 80 percent of the Nordic and Baltic securities market.Our integrated technology solutions span the transaction chain enabling efficient securities transactions for exchanges, clearing organizations and central securities depositories around the world.OMX is listed on the Nordic Exchange in Stockholm, Helsinki and Copenhagen.For more information, please visit www.omxgroup.com OMX is currently looking for a Technology Engineer.You will work in a highly talented and motivated team consisting of approximately 14 employees.The group is responsible for all test- and development systems and networks, and manages over 800 systems.As a Technology Engineer you will have an important role in the support of the OMX developed system, having the knowledge of the systems behind the client applications.Responsibilities - Troubleshooting operating system, layered software, network and OMX Technology developed software.- Installation and maintenance of test- and development systems used by OMX.- Operational support during development and later during customer's acceptance tests.- Acting as a trouble-shooter and having the role as an expert at customer sites.- Contribute to requirements in the fields of integration and operations.- Develop, upgrade and review customer documents and course material Qualifications - Technical High School.- At least 5 years of working experience is preferred.- Extended knowledge and experience in VMS.- Experience from Windows - Excellent language skills in written and spoken English.To suit this position you have a technical/operational perspective.Furthermore you have excellent communication skills and work well both in groups and independently.You enjoy having extensive contacts with in- and outhouse customers as well as with different functions within the company.
