OMX needs an assistent!!

IT Services Operations is currently looking for an Assistant.This is a temporary position lasting for 12 months.OMX owns and operates the largest integrated securities marketplace in Northern Europe and provides technology solutions for financial and energy markets worldwide.As a part of every link in the transaction chain, OMX is leading partner for more efficient securities transactions. Through our exchanges in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki, Riga, Tallinn and Vilnius, OMX offers access to approximately 80 percent of the Nordic and Baltic securities markets with greater ease and value-adding services for trading members, listed companies, investors and other market participants.OMX technology solutions span the entire transaction chain, enabling exchanges, marketplaces, clearing organizations, central securities depositories and other financial participants to achieve optimum efficiency and innovation. The main responsibility as Assistant is to support the 3 Vice Presidents within ITS Operations in their daily work.The assignment also includes support with different administrative tasks.You will report to the VP Application Management and will be a part of the Application Management Unit's Management team.You work very independently and have a lot of contacts with other people both within the organization and externally. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collect and create data, conclude presentations and information materials - Arrange for internal and external meetings - Administrate resources for the managers of Application Management, Service Management and Infrastructure Management - Run and co-ordinate the existing resourcing process (Resource Allocation Board) within ITS - Keep track of invoices and have regular contact with Finance and Support - To administrate and follow up on the management work and independently administrate.QUALIFIED CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE: - 2-5 years of similar work experience.- Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English - Excellent skills in MS Office tools - Experienced excellent stylistic skill To suit this position you are positive, high driven and structured - combined with necessary flexibility, calm and stability.You have high integrity and are quick in apprehension.Furthermore the role demand capability in managing different projects.It also goes with the role to independently execute decisions within the framework and to provide proposals to decisions.
