We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven On-Site Services Analyst to join our team in Sunne, Sweden.
Your role will be to handle user incidents proactively and reactively regarding the standard IT platforms and to deliver and install requested IT functionalities on site and remotely on other Tetra Pak sites in Sweden and Norway.
This position is a permanent position and is located in Sunne, Sweden. Some travel will be required, mainly to our other sites in Fjällbacka, Skoghall but also Oslo, Norway.
What you will do
As an On-site Services Analyst, you will:
Deliver and install requested IT functionalities to the users at local and remote sites
Handle incidents and requests as per defined processes and SLA. Reinstall and refresh computer clients & mobile phones as per defined processes. Report potential problems to Problem Management. Support and assist with setting up/using remote collaboration tools/systems
Ensure proper IT operation on site and troubleshoot IT equipment
Actively contribute with ideas to improve IT situation on site
Project participation and implementation of global projects at local site
Basic training to individual users
Attend trainings on new technical solutions being rolled out in the company
Who you are
We believe you have a minimum of 1 year experience providing hands-on support for IT services and experience of troubleshooting of Microsoft and Apple systems, client applications, mobile platforms (iOS & Android), printer & network equipment. You need to have an understanding the concepts of Microsoft AD, Microsoft SCCM, Windows Server, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows client OS, VMware and Microsoft virtual systems, networking, and VoIP technology.
Also, you have experience of reading, understanding, and following technical documentation, routines, and processes. Since the position is based at factory sites, basic knowledge about factory equipment and factory specific systems or equivalent is meritorious.
As a person you are a true team player, have business focus, self-motivation, and flexibility. In this position you will interact with a lot of different clients and stakeholders, both locally and globally, therefore you have a positive attitude and are a service minded person with good communication skills. Furthermore, a very good command of English and Swedish, both written and oral is required. You have a driving license.
