Hours per week: 40, 2 shifts (Morning, evening, and daytime)

About the job:
As a Support Specialist, you will be a key member of the on-site team, focusing on daily operations, continuous improvement, and preventive maintenance of IT equipment and applications used in production. Your role will involve time-critical support, configuration and installation of equipment and applications, as well as documentation and project implementations into runtime.
Responsibilities:
* Configuration and installation of equipment and applications
* Time-critical support of factory applications and equipment
* Preventive maintenance and continuous improvement
* Quality work, VPS (QRIT)
* Support and problem-solving of factory equipment and applications
* Project implementations into runtime
* Documentation
Requirements:
We expect you to have a degree from university studies (or similar) and a couple of years of experience in a technical support role. Your solid knowledge of LEAN, ITIL processes, support tools, and infrastructure components, coupled with experience in customer contacts, will set you up for success.
Furthermore, we expect that you have following qualifications:
* Excellent knowledge of computer hardware and software
* 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role
* 1-2 years of experience in IT within the manufacturing industry
* Knowledge of LAN and WAN communications (TCP/IP)
* Documented experience in customer contacts
* Experience in ITIL and continuous improvement
* Good communication skills in English and Swedish (both spoken and written)
* Good knowledge of Office 365 and cloud
* Driving license
Additional qualifications:
* Active Directory (AD) knowledge
* Project work experience
* Knowledge of IT equipment in a factory environment
* Certification in infrastructure areas (LAN, WIN server, etc.)
* Experience in ITIL processes
* Leadership skills
