On-site technician

For our client TietoEVRY we are looking for a On-site technician to be included in their delivery towards one of their end-clients.

As an On-Site technician, you mainly work with IT support on site and focus on local servers and network tasks.

Licence management based on Snow and internal system at CoS

Knowledge about Atlassian (maintenance, permissions, process flow) and Confluence

Maintenance of server environment, network connections and firewalls

DNS, port-openings, SSL-certificate

The tasks may also, if necessary, include follow-up of registered tickets against the service desk at City of Stockholm and delivery organization. Also support activities in connection with IT-related implementations where resource support is needed at high workload.
