Northvolt is growing rapidly, and so is the HR team. Our employees are our greatest strength and therefore we are now looking for an excellent onboarding coordinator who will commit to making Northvolt a great place to work. We want to give our new hires a world class onboarding and the onboarding coordinator is key in creating a great experience from the beginning and throughout the employee life cycle.

As an Onboarding Coordinator you will be a part of the local HR-team and main focus will be to coordinate, maintain and build the onboarding structure for our new employees. We are recruiting people from all over the world and you will be their first contact and make sure this journey is as smooth and great as possible. In your work you will be working close with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Leading, coordinate and drive different pre- and onboarding related activities to support Northvolt’s establishment from an employee and relocation perspective

Coordinate, develop and plan for onboarding trainings and material

Collaboration with internal and well as external stakeholders to ensure a solid onboarding process

Take part in building a scalable onboarding process

Participate in and drive development projects and improvement initiatives

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or similar work experience

Elementary computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Experience from working with coordinating onboarding processes or high level service roles is a merit
