You’ll be part of the Onboarding Specialist team located in Stockholm, focusing on making it as easy as possible to become a customer at Nets. Our latest eCommerce product is Easy, where you as an Onboarding Specialist are responsible for the continuous onboarding of new merchants. You are the central part of the communication chain between the customer, Sales and Customer service when a new customer is onboarded. The role consists of both daily routine tasks and the development of new processes as the product grows.

As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll join an open and sharing community with highly skilled colleagues. Take for example Louise who has been working in Nets for 8 years helping our merchants get the most out of our services and describes herself as 5% true-crime documentary addict. Your key tasks and responsibilities are:
· Performing KYC and other risk assessments on merchant applications from the Nordic countries and DACH
· Create and set up merchants in back-end systems
· Monitoring of existing merchants through routine tasks and trigger-based events
· Fraud and chargeback handling
· Continuous improvement of internal procedures

Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference at Nets. The tasks you will be responsible for requiring an analytical approach, together with a customer-focused mindset and team player attitude.
Your qualifications include:
· Education within Business Administration and Economics
· Minimum 2 years work experience within KYC and risk assessment
· Fluent in one of the Nordic languages and English
