We're now looking for a brand new role as Onboarding Specialist to join our growing Key Account Management team. Our mission is to have the most satisfied customers and we are looking for a person who wants to give our customers a world-class onboarding experience, to join our team 👊🏽

You will onboard customers through meetings, webinars and Intercom, but also find new- and improve ways of working.

We are right now 14 Customer Success Managers located in Sweden, Finland, and the UK and now looking for our first Onboarding Specialist 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 We work towards team goals on a quarterly basis, with renewals and happy customers as our main focus!

Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Implement and onboard new customers
- During the onboarding process make sure our customers utilize the product when they go "live"
- Create and hold webinars regarding onboarding and training
- Create and use Intercom to onboard customers
- Create material for onboarding
- Collect and analyze customers feedback
- Together develop and improve ways of working with onboarding of our customers

Is this you?
- Experience within onboarding and/or technical customer support from the SaaS industry
- Experience from the HR industry
- A hobby "tech-savvy" person
- Fluent in English & Swedish
- A ping pong professional 🏓... we're kidding! But we do like to play
