What is OnePlus

We give our clients the chance to Increase their sales conversion rates in the scientific market. Our clients can analyze their market and create hyper-targeted sales and marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do

As an Account manager, you will work strategically to drive new opportunities in existingclients for the OnePlus Product Suite, develop and manage strong customer relationships, and grow revenue within our existing client base together with your pod team. Your global pod team will consist of an Account Manager, Account Executives for other products and Customer Experience. This is a position that requires the ability and experience to work on a strategic level to plan and execute client engagement meetings in collaboration with your cross-functional pod team. As the owner of the OnePlus Product Suite, within your pod, you will also deliver the sales in a highly autonomous manner within medical technology companies.

Key responsibilities include:

. Develop and close sales opportunities to meet/exceed our commercial targets
. Ensure key metrics and performance targets are effectively managed and tracked
. Effectively navigate and penetrate clients at different levels across matrixed organizations
. Efficiently organize customer meetings and presentations
. Provide ongoing updates and market feedback to the broader team

Who You Are

You have the confidence and experience to target, educate, and persuade new departments within existing customers to use the OnePlusProduct Suite in new and creative ways that benefit their business. Your experience will not only help in your ability to grow your business but also support and build others to reach new levels of success. You have passion, proven success and thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing SaaS company. Depending on your level of experience it may give you the opportunity to work with enterprise ccounts or strategic accounts.

. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience selling
. Proven ability to work well in a matrix environment, collaborate across multiple departments/organisations globally and influence at all levels
. Track record of successfully delivering results through the use of metrics and analysis
. Adaptable, flexible, and open to diverse ways of thinking and diverse cultures
. Experience in working under pressure and with a low degree of supervision while being adaptive and tightly cooperating with the pod team
. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and training skills in English Preferred
. Experience in selling software and primarily SaaS solutions
. Experience working with and/or selling into life sciences or similar Meriting
. Other languages with excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and training skills
