We are looking for an Online Business Support Specialist for an international company in Jonsered.
Our client is now investing in improving its digital presence by implementing a new e-commerce solution for its existing customers (New Weborder). They are now in the midst of a major rollout where more than 30 markets will get the new system, and both employees and customers will be affected and need to familiarize themselves with the system. To achieve this, our client now want to strengthen the internal competence in the field by hiring a new Online Business Support Specialist.
Your role
The web order project currently consists of 2 employees centrally and a large number of local project managers in the different sales companies.
Within the team you get very good insight into department sales to customers online. You will also have daily contact with various sales companies around the world, sister divisions within the company and then those who work with corresponding solutions as well as different parts of the IT organization.
You will work with
Support: As a Business Support Specialist, you have the task of guiding all company employees in how to use New Weborder. The role will require a broad knowledge of the system's functionality and how it connects to company processes and working methods.
Education: You will also work with developing educational materials, holding trainings and participating in meetings with the business to support in depth the business's efforts to use the system in an optimal way.
Communication: In your role, an important part will be to clearly convey the change that the new e-commerce solution entails. Keeping the markets up to date on the project and what is going on in it is central.
Problem solving/troubleshooting: Assisting the markets with support and problem solving in the use of the e-commerce solution will be part of your role, for example in managing accounts and login and permissions.
Close the old solution: As our client roll out the new e-commerce solution, they also need to shut down the old one. This means, among other things, communicating this and moving users from the old system to the new one.
Who are you?
To fit in the role of Online Business Support Specialist, you need to have the ability to both get a good understanding of business flows as well as how a system is structured logically. You should also have an interest and understanding of the challenges of a sales company that is on a journey towards also meeting customers digitally.
Our client believes that you have a good social competence and pedagogical ability since one of the main task will be to explain and guide colleagues who will start working in a new system. You can easily collaborate in your daily contact with different units within the company. They also see that you find it easy to structure your work and are solution-oriented. A measure of patience is also needed as it is not always a straight forward way to come to a solution.
Our client see that you have a few years of professional experience from similar tasks, and have the following competencies/experience of:
Working with customer/marketing support
Production of educational materials
Implementation and planning of training
Basic knowledge in Microsoft 365 other basic applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
English in speech and writing is a requirement. Additional language skills are a merit, preferably French.
This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in Jonsered, 1 year assignment to begin with. Please note starting date is ASAP!
