Your new team
We are looking for you! Join us as an Online & Content Marketing Specialist to our Trade Marketing team at BSH Home Appliances AB. In our Nordic Trade Marketing team, we run campaigns and sell-out activities in close collaboration with our retailers to excite our consumers and supercharge our sales.

We do so by collaborating closely across internal functions (like brand, product marketing, digital, sales, supply chain, …) as well as our counterparts at our retail partners. Your new role
Your role as Online & Content Marketing Specialist is decisive for our team’s success. Combining creativity and analytical skills, you are responsible for shaping our Content Marketing and developing our online and eCommerce capabilities across our sales channels and customers. More specifically, this means:
• Content Marketing
• Full responsibility of the content we provide to our biggest customers online and offline:
• Create copies, visuals and videos, which we use across our sales channels and customers for campaigns, landing pages, product guides, newsletters etc.
• Tailor and enrich content to meet needs and tone of voice of retail partners, brands and platforms
• Coach and support our Trade Marketing specialists in developing content for our campaigns on Nordic and Key Account Level
• Act as an advisor on content creation and capabilities in external customer meetings
• Online and eCommerce
• Analyze and benchmark BSH eCommerce capabilities, identify improvement opportunities and drive implementation projects
• Optimize digital content and improve retailers’ online POS: utilize data to measure impact of content, and improve online contents working closely with retail partners

You will work highly cross-functional, interacting with internal colleagues locally and on international level, as well as with various functions on our customers‘ side. Your profile
With your creativity and your analytical strengths, you can make a real difference. As an ideal fit to our team, you might tick several of the following boxes:
• Hard skills:
• Academic background in (digital) marketing, eCommerce, communication or business
• >5 years of relevant work experience from end-consumer oriented business fields, ideally from online retail or related industries
• Good insights into consumer behaviour, market, industry and different communication channels to identify content gaps and opportunities
• Excellent content skills
• “Word nerd”: strong writing skills and creativity in English and one of the Scandinavian languages
• Good graphical eye and sense of visual communication, ideally with some experience in video content production
• Quality oriented, with great attention to details
• Analytical skills, experienced in generating data-based insights and driving actions to improve eCommerce capabilities as well as marketing materials and content
• Strong project management and coordination skills: good at prioritizing, serving various goals and stakeholders and meeting deadlines even under pressure
• Soft skills:
• Ambitious and creative, yet pragmatic and hands-on in getting things done and implemented
• Collaborative team player, being driven and motivated by making the team succeed
• People person, able to quickly connect with people of various background
• Experience from and thrive in working on an international scale, with cross-functional and cross-cultural projects and teams
