We are seeking an engaged Online Experience Specialist to own insights and analysis that will inform the direction of this new program.
This is a full-time position based in our global headquarters in Stockholm/Stadshagen. We are 65+ nationalities under one roof, and we are happy with the culture and environment here.
Your everyday challenge
In collaboration with the Online Experience Manager You will be coordinating the development and rollout of web features and functionalities to build our brands and drive sales conversion.
You will leverage insights and analytics to optimize the UX, coordinate design work and sprint development cycles at external agencies, supervise the rollout and activation in the key markets.
• Work closely with the Electrolux website team to define integrated and standardized solutions
• Work closely with the agency and business stakeholders to translate business requirements in digital eCommerce solutions
• Provide functional expertise & guidance to the Design Agency and the Development Team
• Further develop the functional designs related to the Consumer Journey based on new business requirements, preparing functional specifications, giving the needed instructions to the development team, ensuring a successful and professional result according to the business and legal requirements
• Have regularly liaise with business and sales to ensure consistency of objectives, approach and solution across the IT landscape

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Engineering, Computer Science
• At least 3 years of working experience in Digital Marketing (with a focus on UX, consumer journey)
• Good Knowledge of the Agile Methodology and Development principles
• Good Understanding of Mobile, Analytics, SEO and E-commerce
• EPISERVER & SAP implementation and/or support experience is a plus
• Experience in complex multinational matrix organizations is a plus
• Excellent English knowledge, written and spoken
