Are you an experienced, data driven Online Merchandiser?  

We are now looking for a strategy driven and analytical Online Merchandizing Specialist to join our E-com team.

 ABOUT THE POSITION


You will be part of a dedicated and progressive eCom team where your primary focus will be to optimize the assortment on the website and help our customers to explore, find and buy our products in the most convenient way. In close collaboration with other departments, you will coordinate and drive the visualization of product/assortment related content on the website and maximize both selling and customer experience.

Your tasks will include, but not be limited to:


• Drive E-com product discovery and selling by ensuring optimized product display, ranking and availability on all our eCom websites
• Analyze eCom consumers’ characteristics and shopping behaviors to increase customer experience and selling
• Prepare the sites for new assortment by optimizing navigation, filters, cross- and upsell areas
• Assist in tracking inventory and sell-through, identify actions and suggest products for our marketing activities in season
• Product enrichment tasks together with our other merchandisers
• Ensure on-time Product launches in collaboration with other roles at marketing and e-com department
• Implement SEO strategies together with our Digital Traffic Manager
• Work closely with Sales Controller on assortment planning & merchandising and forecasting
• Manage non-commercial content on website such as FAQ, About us and inspirational articles
• Acquire and publish translations from localization agency

 The position is a permanent full-time position with start asap, based in our head office in Stockholm. You will report to Head of eCom.

QUALIFICATIONS


To be successful in this position we believe that you have the following qualifications and experience:


• University Degree in marketing, business or other relevant experience
• 2-3 years relevant work with online merchandizing with e-commerce clients, premium/clothing/lifestyle brands is a plus
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Magento 2
• Fluent in Swedish and English, German is a plus
