Portfolio and Commerce team is responsible for ensuring a great internal as well as external ‘customer journey’ and user experience while exploring Ericsson Networks portfolio information in the Portfolio & Commerce system.
Ericsson Networks portfolio spans the full range of global product and services from BNEW Product Area Networks, BNEW Service Area Networks as well as BNEW Kathrein Mobile.
We are now looking for an Online Portfolio and System Manager to work with Backoffice Product Content Management (aka Backoffice Product Cockpit, Backoffice PCM ) in SAP Hybris environment.
Your role will include managing information about products and catalog hierarchies using different views: Welcome Dashboard, The Products Search and Browse View, the Assortment View, Collaboration Center, and the Compare View.
Within this role you will handle portfolio and commercial management of Ericsson products while supporting Marketing team with content. Job include development activities such as: study driving, requirement writing, User Acceptance Tests, Product Lifecycle Management support and product documentation.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of the product information guideline and template for Business Area Networks ( BNEW) portfolio in Portfolio & Commerce system as provided by BNEW M&C Product Marketing unit in alignment with Group Function Marketing&Communication (GF M&C).
• Lead the content readiness, creation of specific digital assets, implementation, and curation of BNEW’s portfolio information and portfolio structure, while ensuring high quality and rich content in a timely manner, as per the product development process in close collaboration with BNEW M&C unit and Product management.
• Ensure BNEW’s portfolio information is optimized to support a high-performing Portfolio & Commerce system and great user experience. Overall performance of the platform and user experience is owned elsewhere.
• Ensure implementation and curation of BNEW’s sales channels (direct and sales partners), through customized extranet environments in Portfolio & Commerce system.
• Manage and drive BNEW’s functional requirements towards the Portfolio & Commerce system related to portfolio information and user experience for internal/extranet/.com for both frontend as well as backend, secure a timely implementation, and to drive requirements towards other related systems where needed. Verification of requested and developed functionality as well as testing of ditto.
• Drive process development for the related operations in and around the Portfolio & Commerce system, process implementation, and training of stakeholders and users mainly within BNEW to ensure process fulfillment as per the product development process.
• Provide data driven analysis and reports to stakeholders of BNEW’s portfolio information status and quality in Portfolio & Commerce, and other related systems where needed.
• Lead Portfolio & Commerce system management including configuration and optimization of the backend.
Key Qualifications:
• Education: BSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics or related courses
• Min years of experience: 4+ years of experience working with SAP Hybris technology.
• Domain experience: SAP Hybrys Backeend Administration, Commercial flows, Portfolio management from e.com perspective
• Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
• Business understanding
• Working with people and networking
• Ability to simplify and/or communicate complex technical topics to non technical Users
• Experience in training end Users/knowledge sharing
• Innovating, adapting and responding to change
• Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
• Planning and Organizing
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Experience from working in a system landscape with many integrations
