About this opportunity

The Portfolio Commerce & Analytics section is a team of currently 14 people within Business Area Networks (BNEW) that is responsible for ensuring an excellent ‘customer journey’ for both internal and external customers in Ericsson’s digital product catalog, Portfolio & Commerce (P&C). A guiding star for us in achieving that objective is being proactive and taking a strong responsibility for the content and customer access functionality in P&C, while driving improvements together with various business partners.

We are now looking for an Online Portfolio and System Manager.

In this role, you will coordinate a subgroup of currently six people who are driving content and customer reviews towards our business partners, gathering their requirements and suggesting improvements based on analytics. In this project team, you will coordinate the team’s activities to structurally handle online information about products and customers. You will also work together with the whole team to set-up new ways of working and develop efficient tools to support the activities. Over time, you will drive projects to strengthen our commercial online capabilities.
Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We are organized in cross- functional project teams with separate line manager support in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge-sharing is part of the daily work.

What you will do

Experience of working with SAP Hybris technology
Experience in working with commercial activities
Demonstrated ability within SAP Hybris Backend Administration, Commercial flows, Portfolio management from e.com perspective
Working experience with ordering systems and processes


You will bring

BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics or related courses
5+ years of experience with Project Management and coordination of teams, driving task/initiatives, interaction with stakeholders on different levels
5+ years of experience working in Customer support
Demonstrated ability to create and document WoW/processes and to simplify and/or communicate complex technical topics to non-technical users
Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
Outgoing personality and excellent skills at building long-term relationships with people
Driving to delivering results
3+ years of experience from working in a system landscape with many integrations
