Online Product Officer

This position will enable you to develop and improve the online products we use internally and externally in Tetra Pak.

e-Communications, a department in Corporate Communications, are responsible for Tetra Paks intranet (ORBIS) and internet presence.We facilitate the usage of the channels, drive content quality and provide advice and guidance for how to best utilize e-communication in our business environment.
We drive the implementation of global interactive products in Tetra Pak as well as improve existing ones.We take responsibility for a number of products, such as the MediaBox, Create-on-Line, e-Cards and other interactive products.

The Online Product Officer will cover the following key areas;

- Identify and map needs from different user groups
- Drive increased usage and user satisfaction of our online products
- Take responsibility for development, integration and maintenance for our online products
- Plan and execute communication to identified stakeholders and clients
- Drive for standardised platforms with a sound technical architecture in order to ensure that our products are flexible, adaptable and future safe
- Act as a speaking partner in other online projects in e-Communications


Kvalifikationer

To be successful in this position you need to be structured and have an entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and drive.You also have the ability to influence the client organization in matters related to e-communication.Excellent command in English, both written and verbal is required.

You have several years experience from working with communicative web projects (including technical analysis and decision making).You combine a business mindset with a thorough understanding of how to build user-friendly web based systems.We also believe that you have an educational background from a relevant discipline such as Communications, Marketing or IT.
