Online Project Manager

As Online Project Manager you will have the opportunity to be the driving force in the implementation of a world class principle for global intranets.The project is highly prioritized within Tetra Pak on a global level and you will work together with global authorities in the area.

e-Communications, a department in Corporate Communications, is responsible for Tetra Pak's intranet and internet presence.We facilitate the usage of the channels, drive content quality and provide advice and guidance for how to best utilize e-communication in our business environment.We drive the implementation of global interactive products in Tetra Pak as well as improve existing ones.We take responsibility for a number of products, such as the MediaBox, Create-on-Line, e-Cards and other interactive products.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
Drive online projects, primarily within our Task Based Intranet program
Plan and execute project activities
Initiate and coordinate the activities of project members
Follow up activities towards project Key Performance Indicators
Document executed activities and results
Document and control of project cost



Kvalifikationer
You have a strong internal drive and a desire to create results.You are a master at manoeuvring through and with big and complex organisations.Being a listener and a strong communicator with informal authority - you build commitment in the organisation and lead through change and development.

You have a strong track record from at least 5 years of running complex online projects.Experience of leading people is an advantage.We believe that you have an educational background from a relevant discipline such as Business, IT, Communication or Project Management.You excel at creating value for the business through communicative solutions and your spoken and written English is excellent.
