About Kavall
We are Kavall & we give you fresh groceries on-demand. Delivering groceries in 10 minutes was up until recently unimaginable, but we believe that is how it should be, giving you what you want when you need it. By offering food of the highest quality from the producers you love, we transform the grocery industry through our own local stores, one at a time.
We are currently in the process of expanding our business, and are therefore looking for an Online Retail Merchandiser to join our team and help optimise our online market. The main responsibilities is to help Kavall reach out to as many consumers as possible through digital platforms. Do you have a business mind-set? Responsibilities:
Market Kavall on digital platforms to raise awareness of our services to consumers.
Drive your merchandising concept to increase sales.
Create, implement and monitor online commercial projects.
Responsible for administration and publishing content on digital platforms.
Monitor digital performance KPIs as well as consumer engagement.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in order to execute and develop merchandising plans.
Run campaigns and promotions to increase online consumer exposure.
Come with new innovative ideas for future campaigns in new locations we are expanding to.
Requirements:
Relevant educational background (in e-commerce or similar).
+ 2 years previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
Innovative and creative mindset.
Knowledge and experience in advertisement in social media.
Not afraid of proposing new ideas and strategies to implement in order to optimise existing or new merchandising processes.
An entrepreneurial mind-set.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills.
Fluent in Swedish and English (other nordic languages are a plus!)
