Online Sales Coordinator at IsaDora in Malmö

ASSIGNMENTS
As Online Sales Coordinator at IsaDora you will be responsible for some of IsaDoras online accounts. You will work in a various manner to increase sales and build true relationships with IsaDoras online customers. It is a sales-oriented role with a lot of customer communications as well as an administrative and supportive role. Since this is a coordinating function you will work cross-functionally within the organization to ensure results are achieved.
You will mainly perform tasks such as:
Responsible for some online accounts and work to increase sales.
Building relationships and handling day-to day business with customers
Analyze sales reports to further optimize the right assortment and performance with customers
Securing excellent brand representation across customers’ sites through updated brand and product pages.
Monitoring competitors, campaigns and collect marketing evidence
Responsible for coordinating department overall tasks and support.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND QUALIFICATIONS
To thrive in the role as Sales Coordinator you have previous experience from working in a sales-related role, preferably with administrative orientation. You are a natural service talent and enjoy working cross-functionally. You are driven by structure, building great relationships and customer experience and have a great way of managing various tasks at the same time. Furthermore, you are a prestigeless and solution-oriented person who enjoys communicating in several stages. You have a positive mindset and take on your work with responsibility and structure. Nevertheless, it is of greatest importance that you are a team player.
Important for the position:
Experience from online retail or FMCG.
Preferably a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business and/or Sales.
Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English.
Good computer skills, mainly in the Office-package.
Understanding of Online sales and an interest in customer relations.
Flexible and change ready as IsaDora is on a transformation journey.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The position as Online Sales Coordinator is a full-time consulting assignment starting immediately and extending six months. After that, there are good opportunities for employment directly with Isadora, who has a long-term view of this position. The working hours are daytime, Monday-Friday, and you are located in a pleasant environment in Malmö. You become part of an organization that values teamwork and commitment and you are given a great opportunity to be involved in the set-up for your role. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant.
