Online Sales & Customer Manager, Parts Business

The E-commerce team at our client company in the Linköping area maintains and entertains a digital platform to specified markets to support, train and enable the sales network to use the platform for campaigns, promotions and digital online communication towards customers. The aim is to support our network to generate revenues and margin according to a business plan. E-commerce will run successful whenever central e-commerce and sales network are aligned and joint in their effort to generally bring business online.

YOUR CHALLENGE
Europe is your workplace and in collaboration with the Parts organisation you will support the success of parts business online. As an inbound marketer you will build and execute programs designed to increase sales from our channel network and end-customers. You will support and drive campaigns in accordance with the Parts organisation to boost their business. You will give consultancy advice on how to drive e-commerce business.

You constantly evaluate the offer and provide suggestions to improve the shops attractiveness both in functionality and offer.

We are looking for a relationship manager with strong e-commerce and marketing background that will align customer interest and market potential with our company goals to optimize our store continuously.

Responsibilities

* Rollout the portal to our network
* Build and increase knowledge among the network
* Rollout enhancements to optimize
* Build up our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes and measure the success of these campaigns and optimize your approach based on the resulting data.
* Train the trainers to educate customers about our product through customer-focused content, and more.
* Establish closed-loop analytics with Parts & Service organization to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

* Plan and execute processes for online partnerships together with Parts & Service organization
* Report on KPI´s

Your profile

With strong analytic skills, you are results oriented, efficient and hungry for finding business opportunities.

* BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
* Past experience in communications, marketing, analytics, or related field.
* Proficient in marketing automation features to customize our marketing touchpoints to the customer -- specifically, website CTAs and lists used to communicate via marketing automation.
* Abilities in developing and managing partnerships for the purpose of product distribution, revenue generation, and other strategic initiatives
* A nose for good product marketing and product UI
