We are looking for a passionate, driven and results-oriented Online Sales Manager. You are motivated by challenges and constant improvements. The position is based in Sweden, Västra Götaland, and it is for a period of 12 months starting in September/October 2016, that might be prolonged.

Your mission Within the Merchandising team, for your defined markets/categories:

- Your are responsible for online merchandising to drive sales, CR and margin.
- You structure the product offering to optimize the customer experience in different touch points and on site by improving the guidance and inspiration (online Visual Merchandising).
- You define and implement commercial and brand events in cooperation with the Marketing team.
- Following the results analysis, you decide and implement corrective actions.
- You ensure availability and relevance of products published online.
- You monitor trends and competitors to define the best price position as well as influence the assortment for your markets/categories. 

Your profile You have Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 2-3 years of online merchandising experience. You like to work both on strategic and tactical levels. You like data; you are an expert in excel and you have the ability to interpret web analytics. You are passionate about User Interface and visual site merchandising. It is given that you are creative, entrepreneurial mind-set, and a genuine interest in the fashion business. You are a true team player. Your English and Swedish are fluent, and you speak French.
