The Customer Acquisition team in the B2C organization is a commercially driven unit with one clear goal - to raise the growth trajectory of the consumer business by increasing mobile, broadband and entertainment market share and customer engagement. We are excited to translate this strategy into action with our Go-To-Market plan and hence further develop both a superior experience and commerce online.


ABOUT THE ROLE
As Online Sales Manager you are expected to drive, develop and continuously improve the sales journey and digital growth for the Tele2 & Boxer brands across multiple products, including mobility, broadband and entertainment.


Responsibilities include:
Develop and deliver sales targets across multiple products for our Online sales channel with an advocate marketing budget at disposal
Drive conversion rate optimization by working closely with media traffic acquisition managers, SEO & ensuring we have competitive offers online
Digital strategy; with focus on managing and prioritizing traffic, campaigns, and optimizations for best possible outcomes
Collaborating with CRO-specialists in developing A/B testing, where you are expected to guide the teams’ prioritizations and focus on areas with highest growth potential
Work closely with Digital PM E-commerce who set’s the requirements for IT
Responsible for relationships with affiliates and partners
Initiate and manage new digital growth tools/functionalities such as sales chat & call back
Reporting, budgeting, and forecasting of online sales & ASPU
Proactive and cross-functional coordination with Commercial, Sales, and Marking to ensure targets are met and channel efficiency is delivered

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
3+ years of experience of delivering Online sales with a strong track record within digital growth
Operative or strategic ownership of marketing, CRO and offering
Budget and forecasting experience
Experience and understanding of multichannel complexity
Experience of, and working with, cross-sales of different products
Stakeholder management
Comfortable working in a diverse English-speaking environment and a proficient communicator
