We continue to expand our D2C team with another Online Sales Manager.

As we are expanding our team, we are now looking for an Online Sales Manager to join the central E-Commerce team in Europe APAC MEA. This team’s core focus is to develop and leverage new routes to market delivering profitable growth for Electrolux. As Online Sales Manager, your mission will be to commercially manage web shops / sub channels for a selection of markets within the business area with the main objective to grow online sales for all our product categories.
You will as Online Sales Manager report to the Ecommerce Director and make sure we drive profitable growth in a selection of web shops /markets within our business area.
To be successful in this role we see that you are consumer & business oriented with strong commercial skills. You always have the consumer in mind and work to ensure we always have a commercial approach that is adding value to the consumer experience.
In the role you will be:
In collaboration with local and central teams create campaign plans that are aligned with other Electrolux channel activities and communication.
Collaborate with local e-commerce teams to execute on the commercial plan.
Collaborating with central and local sales, marketing, supply chain and product line to maximize the impact of commercial initiatives e.g. ensure stock availability, range activation, Paid Media etc.
Monitor local competitive landscape, do analyses and adjust best practice tactics to local market conditions.
Look after our commercial offering to ensure central guidelines are followed.
Understand the mechanisms around SEO, SEM, email, display ads and social media to drive site traffic and generate demand.
Responsible for monitoring web shop traffic and conduct behavioral analysis used to optimize site performance and maximize conversion rates.
Providing reports on weekly and monthly bases incl analyses on performance e.g. follow up on KPIs like conversion rates, traffic per channel, results from campaigns etc and provide analyses that explain current KPI trends and suggest corrective actions.
Actively work to enforce the D2C Ecommerce strategy.
Your profile
A bachelor/master’s degree in relevant field
+5 years working commercially with D2C ecommerce
Fluent English, any other European language is a plus
Good general technical understanding of a typical ecommerce environment
Understanding SEO/SEM and other mechanisms that drive traffic
Excellent google analytics skills
