That’s why we are looking for you, to lead the way on this data-driven e-com adventure.
As our Online Store Manager you are our e-com specialist which makes you an essential part of Keesing Sweden’s online team. You will be responsible for our online growth - for the sales of our current product portfolio as well as new opportunities and products, as we are exploring our way into new markets and segments.
About the position
You will be positioned in Stockholm or Copenhagen, whichever suits you the best. Your main objectives are to drive sales via e-com and create a world-class customer experience on our online platforms. Furthermore, you will work with planning, producing and publishing inspiring content in digital channels, social media, via the website and through newsletters.
What you will do:
Ensure that e-commerce and all digital marketing channels are updated with relevant and qualitative content working closely with the editorial team
Be responsible for customer acquisition, optimization and conversion on digital platforms
Work with the Head of e-commerce to optimize marketing performance and ROI
Be our Superuser of Magento, our current e-com platform
Make sure that relevant products are easily searchable, easy to discover for customers as well as presented in a way that represents Keesing in the best possible way
See to that all content is SEO-optimized
Ensure that content, products and campaigns are in line with brand, sales & marketing strategies across channels
Set up and run digital marketing campaigns within paid social – to ensure we achieve set KPI’s
Follow up on relevant KPI’s as well as acting on analysis to further develop conversion, UX, brand and commercial success (eg. conduct A/B tests and other CRO-initiatives)
Set requirements for our development team, technology suppliers and sales conversion agencies to ensure that functionality, technology and sales work satisfactorily based on set goals
About you
To succeed in the role as Online Store Manager at Keesing Sweden you will need to have a great interest in e-commerce, social media and customer satisfaction. You are creative and never hesitant to try new ideas. You are interested in how digital media can (and should!) interact with the web, newsletters and physical channels to create reach and sales. As a person you are curious, driven and commercially obsessed, but you are also a supportive and kind colleague who enjoys having fun and celebrating common victories.
At Keesing Sweden, you will be part of a smaller local Swedish team in the day to day work, but you will also be part of a larger international e-com team. So it is important that you are comfortable with taking great personal responsibility for tasks and progress and that you enjoy working both independently, proactively and as part of a team to achieve our goals. Braintainment, crossword puzzles, sudokus, quizzes and other games are the true core of our business and it would obviously also be very nice if you share some of these interests with us.
You bring the following qualifications
A few years of experience from operational hands on work with e-commerce
Experience of CMS and some e-commerce platform, preferably Magento
Great understanding of how consumers/users act in digital context
A commercial mindset with an understanding of how to run and grow online business
Experience of SEO, SEM and CRM as well as set requirements for agencies
Experience from analysis in Google analytics
Experience with working in Salesforce
Speak and write fluent Swedish and English (Nordic languages are meritorious)
Have knowledge of Google and Facebook's platforms and analysis tools

The position is a permanent full-time employment. You are located in the office in Stockholm (inner city) or in Copenhagen (Ørestad), depending on your preferences.
