Job Description
The Visual Merchandising function is responsible for maximizing sales by presenting the most commercial and inspiring online store. Your closest team members will be other Visual Merchandisers, but you will also work in close collaboration with the Merchandising team as well as with other functions both within the E-commerce team as well as other departments at Monki and the H&M Group.
The role as an Online Visual Merchandiser at Monki comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun! Together with your team be part of creating and developing the future of e-commerce.
Your main responsibility is to set up and optimize the online customer. You will do this by:
Managing the site content - including campaigns, headers and feature pages.
Analyzing daily sales and the site performance, identifying needs and act accordingly to drive sales.
You participate in setting the commercial planning and activities towards our customer
Strategically place the products on site, ensuring the ranking is optimized and in line with the brand
Daily liaising with your Merchandiser and the rest of VM team, ensuring the best customer offer is at place.
Monitoring customer behavior and competitors by highlighting trends, features and website functionality that would add value to the customer experience.
You are an important stakeholder contributing to our digital development and optimizing the customer experience on site

To be successful in this role we also believe you:
Have previous experience and a strong interest in e-commerce - we believe you have been working within e-com for at least one year.
Have analytical skills with the ability to handle both quantitative and qualitative data in order to drive sales.
Are result oriented and with a strong understanding of the customer needs.
Have a strong visual eye, with the ability to create an inspiring and commercial looking site, always with the customer and Monki top of mind.
Have the ability to work quickly and efficiently, with an excellent eye to detail and accuracy.
Have experience with analytical tools and a great understanding for the KPIs of the e-commerce. You are friends with Office, Adobe, Google Analytics and have previous experience within CMS.
Have a great interest in fashion, trends and customer behavior.
Have excellent communication skills. From a language perspective you need to be fluent in English.
