Job Description

As an Online web publisher, you will work in a dedicated online team, in close collaboration with your nearest colleagues. Your main responsibilities include to strategically and operationally ensure the site content on Monki.com, based on the latest input from relevant stakeholders. You are responsible for contributing to a positive customer experience. You keep up with the latest trends and recommendations for site build - always with an agile mindset and cooperating with relevant stakeholders. You work according to the Monki DNA and our H&M group Values, standards, policies and procedures, always being an active role model.
This role will be focused on publishing content on Monki.com
In collaboration with relevant stakeholders create new technical solutions for an optimal customer experience
Through our content management system securing a smashing SEO optimized site together with our SEO team
Responsible for localizing all content with translations in collaboration with translation agency for best customer experience
You will also work with insights and constant improvement, initiating, driving, and analyzing tests of the channel in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

To be successful in this role we see that you have the ability to switch back and forth from day-to-day operational work to analysis and coordinate to improve and develop our site. As a person, you are confident in your own abilities and understand that teamwork will produce great results.
We would love to meet someone who:
Has relevant education or experience from working in a Content Management system, preferably Adobe Experience Manager
Has basic coding skills such as HTML or CSS
Has a strong understanding and passion for the customer experience
Has a visual eye, with the ability to create an inspiring and commercial looking site, always with the customer and Monki top of mind
Identifies as a tech savvy and structured person with an eye for details
Is an executor and will make things happen
It is also great if you speak German, French or Dutch, but not a dealbreaker

This is a permanent full-time position starting as soon as possible,The role is based at our Office in Göteborg, Sweden.
