Onsite Program Manager

Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects
Develop strategies and tactics to ensure desirable deliverables.
Transition and Outsourcing of Services.
Train and provide guidance to staff so that they complete procedures and reach goals.
Develop, implement, and assess the quality control process during the production of deliverables
Coordinate resource and assign it properly
Minimize exposure and risk across multiple projects
Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
Program Management

Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project, etc.) is a strong advantage
Outstanding Leadership and Organizational Skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving ability
Degree in management or a relevant field; MSc/MBA
