TCS are now looking for two Onsite Support Engineers to our customer. You should have experience in working in different environments such as Production areas in Factories, Customer Mines, Datacenter and Distribution Centers.
The roles are based in Sala (1) or Trelleborg (1), Sweden. Fluent in Swedish and English is required.


Expertise in:
configuration and handling issues pertaining to Handheld Terminals, Thermal Label Printers, Barcode Scanners, etc., used in Distribution Centers
PBX and VOIP issues and configuration
working on custom imaged workstations used in factories
handling End User technical issues diligently
managing Mobile Phones and Tablets using Intune
handling user escalation and directing the same to the right channel
creating/updating knowledge documents to maintain proper record of process and technical documents
diagnosing and replacing faulty parts on Workstations as per the Customer norms
audio and video conference equipment with respect to configuration, troubleshooting and physical setup





Good knowledge on/in:
Networking and Server equipment with respect to monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration and physical setup
Incident Management Process
End User Devices, Print environment
managing assets on CMDB, SCCM , Intune and ServiceNow
Asset lifecyle process





You should also effectively coordinate with OEM, 3rd Party Vendors and other Support towers based on the issue/situation.


We wish you have experience in Ability to analyse issues and take pragmatic steps for faster resolution and good understanding of SLA and completing the tasks within the SLA timeline.
