Do you posses experience and passion for providing IT Technical Support ? Then we have the right job for you ! We are looking for a highly motivated Onsite Support Specialist placed in Karlskrona. 

Strengthen our Group IT Organization
NKT is growing and to support the business growth with efficient and secure IT.
We are looking for an Onsite Support Specialist with experience from an Enterprise IT-Service delivery or IT service provider. 
You will be employed at what will soon be the world's largest submarine cable factory, playing a key role in the creation of a better future by enabling the expansion of wind farms and optimizing energy supply between and within countries. We deliver complete solutions, cable systems and installation with our own vessel.

At NKT we, as a team deliver support to IT business needs in both hardware and software as well as all sorts of peripherals.

Some of your tasks will be: 

* Ensure user support for end-to-end IT services
* Handling of requests for new IT equipment/software and coordination of regular hardware exchange
* Handle deployment and maintenance of standard hardware (IT & Telco devices) and software (incl. new releases, patches)
* Support maintaining IT standards for hardware and software


You will report to the Manager of Digital work place – Support Services Nordics and be a part of the Nordic IT-support team based in Karlskrona.

To succeed in this position, you need to be a person who has excellent customer service skills and a dedicated team member. Equally important is that you enjoy collaborating and sharing experiences with the colleagues. Moreover, you like working in an international, dynamic and fast-moving environment.

Additionally, your CV includes: 

* Mandatory: Gymnasial
* Preferred: YH education within relevant field
* IT-security awareness
* Microsoft Windows/Office365 skills
* AD administration experience
* IP network skills
* Fluency in spoken and written English and Swedish
* ITIL and Microsoft certifications is a merit
