Onsite Support Technician

This is what you will do

In the role as Onsite Support Technician, you are the IT-ambassador to our end users. In this position, you will be responsible for solving IT-related issues that arise for the employees and provide onsite support and guidance regarding computers, printers and mobiles as well as services such as Mobile Device Management. Your task is to handle cases that come in through different channels; to create an image of what the case consists of, analyze and finally offer the best possible solution seen from a holistic perspective. You work close to the Service Desk, exchange information and follow up on the delivery. You will also coordinate tasks performed by IT's subcontractors.

The position is located at Kungsholmen in Stockholm. The work demands location on site but also that you visit our facilities in the immediate area approximately once per month.
Skills & Requirements

You have:

- Experience from working in an IT support role or from a role as second line support.
- Experience from positions where you have worked with IT support for office staff.
- Good knowledge in Windows with associated standard applications.
- Great interest in IT and how it creates value to people in the organization.
- Knowledge in mobile device management is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of both Swedish and English.
- B driving license and access to your own car
