Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Onsite Technician to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Diagnose and resolve IT-related problems for end-users in a timely and efficient manner.
Install, configure, and maintain software applications, updates, and hardware components.
Provide technical support and guidance to users through in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement infrastructure and hardware solutions.
Assist in the management and maintenance of Active Directory, Windows, and Microsoft 365.
Perform tasks that require travel, such as hardware installations and on-site support.
Ensure a positive user experience by understanding and meeting user needs effectively.
Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures for future reference.
Work as a cooperative team player, collaborating with fellow technicians and colleagues.
Maintain excellent communication skills and the ability to listen actively to users’ concerns.
Contribute to a positive work environment through a happy and energetic attitude.

What you bring:
High-level technical competence in Active Directory, Windows, and Microsoft 365.
Proven experience in efficiently and quickly solving technical problems.
Previous work experience in a customer-oriented environment.
Possession of a valid B driver’s license for tasks that involve travel.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Swedish.
